Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Growth-Stage
Salary: $200,000 – $230,000 base + bonus
Location: Saint Louis Park, MN | On-Site Preferred

Key Responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer:

Lead cash flow management and strategic financial planning to support rapid growth.

Develop and implement forecasting and budgeting models tailored to aggressive expansion.

Manage debt strategy and financing arrangements, optimizing capital structure.

Advise on corporate structure, tax strategies, and long-term ownership/exit planning.

Build and scale the finance team, systems, and controls to support business needs.

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, translating financial data into actionable insights.
Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer:

Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in growth-stage or privately held companies, ideally manufacturing or consumer goods.

Expertise in cash flow planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and capital structuring.

Experience building finance functions and financial infrastructure from scratch.

Knowledge of tax strategy, M&A, or exit planning is a plus.
